As HR Director with a mission to transform the HR function of the Foundation of the International School of Geneva, Séverine applied best practices to secure all processes from a compliance and legal perspective, implementing KPIs to drive the decision-making process and foster support to managers.

Wealth Management - Capital Markets

Within HSBC Group, Séverine led the HR function of HSBC Private Bank Switzerland during the bank’s business model and cultural change transformation. As Head of HR for Investment Banking and Capital Markets at HSBC France, Séverine went through the 2008 financial crisis being exposed to a fast-paced changing environment, and demonstrating strong agility and versatility whilst supporting businesses and managers.

Séverine worked for Vivendi (formerly Compagnie Générale des Eaux) as Talent Acquisition Officer and Advisor to CEOs and HR Heads on the significant restructuring triggered by the company’s extensive growth strategy.
